I stopped in here and the girls were so helpful even without an appointment. Dana did my brows and they are amazing. So much care and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

The lady who served me did not seem interested in anything but getting the job done and moving onto the next girl in line. I got an eyebrow wax and she did it in about 1 minute. It was noticeably uneven and I will not be returning. Further, the lady also left many marks from the dye on my blue shirt which I doubt will come out after soaking. I do not recommend, I used to go here all the time but the service has not been up to standard lately.

Disappointed as I usually go to the east gardens salon but we have moved so I thought I would try Miranda- The young girl did my eyebrow wax very unevenly and untidy! I could do a better job at home.Then to top it off I went to pay at the end and I am charged an extra 5 dollars for the service because I am paying eftpos. Since when does a surcharge for eftpos cost 5 dollars?In the current climate when things are getting more expensive this leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I won’t be returning and feel like I have completely wasted money for a service that I will need doing again.

The lady who waxed my legs was very friendly. She made me feel comfortable in the inviroment and did a great job on my legs. She explained what she was doing before doing it which was great.

I’m extremely disappointed with my eyebrows,After wait 20 minutes , for a job that took 4 minutes to be done,As soon as I enter at the room the lady was rude because she said “I told you number two not number one”, I could see that she had no patience, also she said that her day was very busy, okay I understand that we all have busy days, but doesn’t give the right to hurt someone physically,As soon as I left I felt my eyes very sore and swollen, as I looked to the mirror I saw a permanent scar on my face, clearly she wasn’t in the mood and did in proposal, because the spot that she hurt, doesn’t have even hair on it,People that works as esthetician they should realize that they are working with people self esteem , from now on I will look my face in the mirror and remember this place forever, as the place that put a scar on my face, simply for the fact that the lady wasn’t in the mood.I’m still crying and with my heart crashed.I didn’t have courage to come back because does not worth it, she won’t put my skin back on my face.I will definitely never ever ever ever go back at this awful place.This happened at Miranda store.And I will not even say anything about the weekend before that o paid 70 dollars to get shellac on my nail and they last for 2 days.Extremely ridiculous place.

Great staff and great service. Needed a quick spray tan, and the girls were very professional in getting me ready and then coloured in.15 minutes and 25$ later, I was painted and dried and on my way, could not be happier.

Eyebrow lamination, wax and tint and eyelash tint: My technician was amazing & she did such a good job (5 star review for her) but I gave only 3 stars because of the manager. Honestly, I can see why people have bad experiences there or get things half done. My technician was pressured over & over by the manager to hurry up (at least 6 times) and to even leave me half done and go do other clients - super annoying because she just sent a staff member home early, even though I had booked in. I am so grateful my technician stuck to her morals, even though it made us both uncomfortable to keep pushing back, and stayed with me to make sure everything was set correctly. It's not just beauty services, you're working with chemicals and using them on my face. If you mess up, it's me that suffers. Thank you to the beautiful technician with the long black hair, she was just incredible and her experience shows. I fear less experienced technicians wouldn't feel comfortable to stand up for themselves in order to operate safely and give the client the service they paid for and just give in to the pressure from management.

It took them 3 minutes to do my eyebrow waxing and shaping appointment. 3 minutes. The lady, although friendly, was talking on the phone for half of this appointment WHILST waxing my eyebrows. Pretty unprofessional and seemed very rushed. I don’t think I’ll be there again. On the positive side, it was pretty painless.

Cathy is an absolute superstar! She was super quick and professional. 5 star rating for her.
