Staff are lovely and prices are great for such nice jewelry

Such a shame that the manager Morgan, gave the two young girls who were working there such illegal and unethical advice.... obviously I'm not the only one who's experience such horrid customer service after seeing Samantha's review here too.There was also a stylish and beautiful lady in the store today, who was wanting an exchange after purchasing another faulty product, which was still in it's wrapping and she also was told the same illegal information.For me, I went into the Sunshine Plaza store, a few weeks ago, and said to the lovely customer service ladies that I was concerned about purchasing their hair clips after I'd previously had some break. They said to return any faulty items, should they break again, and I'd be happily refunded or able to exchange my products.In line with this, I'd kept both the receipts and packaging and unfortunately four out of the eight clips I bought this time fell apart.Today I went into the Noosa store, expecting the same lovely customer service as I'd received at Sunshine Plaza and was told that no, I couldn't return or exchange the clips as it would be unhygienic."(What on earth? They needed to go in the bin and surely couldn't be resold. What does hygiene have to do with it? They were perfectly clean

Every girl and woman can find something to treasure at the right priceand you have to try on the tiaras and hair accessories ;)

The girls at this store are so very lovely and helpful. I was indecisive about what to buy for a big occasion and kept changing my mind. They didn't mind at all and suggested other options until I was finally happy with my purchase. Thanks again for your patience and fantastic service
