Sales service. Was great. I am a bit critical of after sales service. We bought a small bar fridge very few people in store. We went and paid but had to wait about half an hour until it was brought out to us. In that time we were asked many times if we needed sales service yet a simple thing of bringing it out from the back was not seen as important as getting you to finalise the transaction by paying. After that your on your own.

I never write reviews but I have had the worst experience. I purchased a Sony TV for approx. $1,300 in October 2022. By November 2022 the TV was making a terrible static sound that was irritating like nails down a chalk board... it is so bad I can't watch anything on the TV.I purchase the TV from the Good Guys Warner bay and spoke to them about the issue, they created a case and Sony was notified of the issue. Following this Sony sent a third party repair tech out to look at the TV and of course the noise didn't happen while the technician was at the house. I explained the sound to him and I even sent Sony a video of the noise and the repair tech said it was a common issue and they would come back with a part to fix the TV. That was back in February 2023 and still the TV is broken. I have called the Good Guys and have been on the phone to Sony who is requiring I send more videos of the issue. We are now in May 2023 and I haven't had a working TV since November 2022, one month after purchase.Save yourself the drama and DO NOT buy a Sony TV.

Sales Rep sold us a last stock floor display TV on the fact we would get $300 in store credit to use. When we went to use the in store credit a few weeks later to go towards a tablet she left out the fine details that the $300 store credit is only paid in $20 amounts over 5 years! and the vouchers also each have an expiry of 10 days!The Good Guys not living up to their name in this case.

I came into this store this morning to look at a 85” television, I was so happy with the service that I received from the staff (Grant & Jewel) that I ended up buying what I wanted and I took the extended warranty for my new product. I also inquired about other products and they were extremely helpful, which in turn has made my mind up on further purchases throughout the store.I would recommend this store to anyone that is interested in electronicsKaren

Warners bay store sells a brand-new aircon that's faulty so you wait min 3 weeks for it to be replaced management won't come to the phone cause they with a paying customer lol what selling more faulty goods do not recommend Goodguys period now everThis has just gone to department of Fair trading. HAPPY NEW YEAR.
