The team at Poolwerx in Wynnum/Manly have given us great service for the past year. We had them do an initial pool inspection before we bought our property and this was very valuable. They service our pool regularly. and James is a problem solver and always tries to be proactive to find the best solutions to any problems that arise. They respond really fast to any queries. Great service and care - highly recommend.

James runs a good business, friendly staff and they have attended my house on very short notice and fitted me in before a weekend to avoid a pool issues compounding.Always good advice, they are happy to test water and recommend chemicals without overselling that I have seen in some other pool shops.Have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

Came home early from work but the staff arrived 45 min late. They did a decent job but the bill I got, after a week or so, was shocking. Although I had paid the service fee over the phone, I was charged again with it (which then got fixed after another 3 months and few correspondence) plus some other chemicals which I never noticed they used. I recommend to remind them to show and check with you before they add anything to the pool if you do not want to get a surprise bill.

James is the most knowledgeable and helpful pool guy that I have dealt with. He is very clear in explaining everything and offers recommendations without over selling. So happy to have Poolwerx Manly West technicians servicing our pool. Terrific service and has taken the stress of owning a pool away!

James and the team provide excellence , professional service both in the store and at home pool services. When I recently had a bit of a disaster related to Qld weather James was quick at providing advice and assistance. The team went above and beyond to help my family out!!!Very much appreciated.

In my experience using this company through a rental agency has been very disappointing, including damage to pool equipment. When you challenge them about an issue they will deny all responsibility and blame others, they should have take photos of the damage and reported it on there service invoice if they weren’t responsible.

Working as a local agent and dealing with James and his team @ PoolWerx Wynnum Manly is always a pleasure. James and his staff provide a wonderful service to my clients and tenants alike. Any and all issues are addressed in a timely professional manner, they have even directly assisted tenants after hours at no cost if they have ever had issues not understanding how the care of the pool/filter works OR how to care for the pool in between servicing. Anyone who requires advice OR follow up on any works carried out by PoolWerx need but contact James & the team as they 100% are about being part of the solution and not the problem.

Always excellent service from the friendly and knowledgeable staff. As a new pool owner they have been very helpful in assisting with the maintenance of our pool as well as with upgrades to our chlorinator and the installation of a Heat Pump. They are also very supportive of our local community. Highly recommended.
