We recently purchased two Laz Boy recliners from the Castle Hill store and when delivered we noticed that the upholstery on one of the arms was not completed to standard. We phoned the store and were told we had to make a claim on line even though the chair was not in perfect order upon delivery. So we proceeded to lodge the claim and the chair was collected by their carrier a few days later. It is now three weeks since the chair was collected by La z Boy and after calling the store for the third time today, was informed that the chair is now ready and I would hear from their Logistics dept. I received a call shortly afterwards informing me that the chair would be delivered in a weeks time. That will make it a whole month since the chair was collected from our house. The after sales service could certainly be improved. If I hadn't continued to follow up who knows when I'd hear from them.The chair was finally delivered, once repaired as promised.

Recently purchased lounge suite from lazy boy castle hill… unfortunately after delivery we noticed the single seater recliner narrower than the 2 seater seat with console which made it uncomfortable to sit in the recliner action also doesn’t allow for fine adjustments of the backrest unless the feet are fully extended was hoping to exchange the single seat but missed the 48 hr exchange term. We are very disappointed by the lounge and wished these finer details could have been pointed out in store instead of mentioning it after purchase and delivery. When you are comparing lounges it’s hard to notice these finer details sometimes yourself. Really posting just to help others because you can’t rely on the sales person to help you well not at the castle hill store that is anyway they don’t care what lounge suite they sell you really. Wish I had gone elsewhere now

Customer Service was good enough but the company is not able to get product in from other countries ranges. Bad business model if you ask me.Hopefully one day they will offer the full range even Aussies have to pay a bit more.

Recently purchased 2 leather recliner lounges from Lazy Boy, Bennett Green, NSW.After 1 week there was obvious stretching of the leather to the extent you can clearly see the outline of the round bottoms of the people who have been sitting on the lounges. These round outlines stay permanently even if the seat has not been sat on for several weeks.Tried to make a warranty claim but Lazy Boy claim this is natural stretching of the leather and therefore is not a warranty issue. Despite asking them several times, they will not explain why the 6 month old shop model showed no similar stretching.Worst quality leather lounge I have ever owned and dreadful after purchase customer service.

Disgraceful service, they ring us to tell us our order has arrived, we go out and pick it up and it isn’t there. We travelled 1 1/2 hours, the store offered no compensation nor option to delivery. Avoid at all cost.

Terrible after sales customer service. Both recliners have issues and waiting for a second assessment for repair soon ??Paid good money for new furniture but unfortunately we're sent 2 very uncomfortable recliners.

ASPLEY BRAND QUEENSLAND: This is the second time we have walked into this store wanting to purchase new furniture for our lounge. The last time was over 6 years ago - nothing has changed with their customer service. Also the second time we have left and purchased elsewhere. Both Times: Walked in the door to the reception of 2 women at service desk talking and literally glare at you oh more time wasters and whisper and giggle while staring at you but not talking to us or making an effort to ask if we required assistance.We spent 10 minutes wandering around the store looking and sizing what would fit - NO help just the two women gossiping about heavens no what, the odd glance with a snigger attached -very uncomfortable in there. So we decided to leave but to test a theory we walked right past them very slowly to see if they would help - they turned their back on us pretending they were busy - PLUSH around the corner is where we went next and thank you our $10K was better spent with you and your magnificent service and product.

Dallas recliners look good but comfort on the ones delivered not the same as the one we tried in store. Chair sitting too high. Needs to be lowered. Phoned Jaffers in South Australia to find out if this was possible and told its not. Not happy. Can’t even take them back. Should have stuck with my first choice IMG!

Worst after sales customer service ever! Can't phone them so you have to fill our an online form. My mum has been waiting 2 weeks for a call back. Absolutely disgraceful after you pay all that money for a recliner!
