Auto Move - Sydney

I paid for this service to transport my car from Perth to Sydney on the 4th of Feburary. When I picked up my car in Sydney, I noticed there are few new scratches on the left mirror of my car. I asked the man who worked there, he then said the scratches were pre-existed as marked on the condition agreement. I did have a pre-existed scratch on the left side mirror (and that's how we agreed to have the left side mirror marked as damaged on the condition agreement). Photo 1 was the photo of my car right before I sent the car into their service, as you can see, there was only a minor pre-existed scratch. Then on the day I picked up the car in Sydney, the left side mirror is full of new scratches. (as shown in picture 2) Obviously the service did not admit that they were at fault. Their excuse was that when I and the service checked the car, I already had pre-existed scratch on the left mirror, so whatever new damages they cause on my car on the same area where the old damage was, they would not be responsible!!When I asked them to explain how they caused the new damages, they ignored my questions completely and asked me to sign on the invoice and leave. Called customer service, customer service said if I had to repair, I had to paid $600 for them to get it repaired???

Bad service. I found few scratches on my car after I picked up my car. I reported and they said you need to pay $600 first before you made any claims. However, they never mentioned it before when I booked the service.

Car was picked up to be taken to Melbourne on the Tuesday after is was booked for the Monday. 7 days later the car was still sitting in Sydney. Then when asked for its return got treated like I was at fault and they would just have to wait.
