Extremely unprofessional as they only care about getting people in for money. They will make you sit there for an hour past your appointment time only to have you sit with bleach in your hair for over an hour while they do another clients hair.They will even perm your hair even though they had just bleached it, making your hair dry and completely dead to the point of falling off.

Sorry to say that but I don’t think the hair dresser who cut my hair have any idea about make the hair thinner instead of shorter. My hair was over the shoulder more than 10cm. After telling her keep the long hair just make it thinner as I have really think hair... she kept cutting them shorter and shorter. Just make them thinner, and then use the scissors to cut all the long hairs and then use the thinner scissors to cut thinner. And then use the scissors cut the longer one shorter. Again and again. I gave up to ask her to cut more. But once I washed my hair when I came home. I was really shocked... can’t even use the hair bond now. So upsetting.

Terrible customer service and disrespectful attitude. Only care about money. I literally had to wait for 3 hour for a stupid hair cut, and yes it was not even that good, it was unbalance and out of style. She the lady name Kim literally tried to ignore me and took care of other customers who came after me, after she made me wait for more than 2 hours, she told me 10 more minutes which actually became more than 1 hour, finally she did my haircut short and quick to run back to a friend of her who was doing a more expensive service - dying hair. I did believe she made me wait that long on purpose after I complained a few times. So if you want to be treated as a human being, dont ever to there, that lady (Kim) who I believe is the owner only priorities her acquaintances and money. The price is cheap but your time and peace is much more precious.

We're visiting Shiny star at least once a month. The customer service of Kim and her team are always on top.

I’ve been here for over 3 years now. Although the price has gone up, I just can’t leave this place. There’s this new male staff that has started here a year or so ago, he is amazing. I only get my hair cut here.Keep it up :)
