poonam is a fabulous and professional eyebrow maker. she is very polite by nature and most specifically she give proper and unique shape to eyebrows . i really love the way when she talk while making eyebrows i forgot about my pain that time . she is great . i will visit exquisite again and again even i will recommend to my near and dear once . Thanks poonam for making my look soo smart . so i would say the service is 10/10 . Thanks

Absolutely DO NOT waste your money here, doesn't even deserve one star!! I got brow, lip and chin threading done. I was in the chair for all of 1minute, still have hair in all three areas, came out red raw and feeling Absolutely ripped off!! She was rough and careless with zero care factor, just there to do the bare minimum and take peoples money!!

Whoever was in the store today, did my eye brows in 3 minutes and the job she did was so unsatisfying. Charging $22 just for 3 minutes?????? Are you guys kidding?????? I requested her to do fix one side of my eyebrows as her job was not looking even. She said ok done in 10 seconds. I had a look again, I could still see that it wasn’t done properly. My eyebrows wasn’t tidied up properly. Right side was tidied up, left side was so uneven. What a wastage of money!!!! I understand you want to serve most of the customers but doing random job and smashing out customers from store is ridiculous. This has happened to me several times. I have to come back home and tidy up myself. You guys need skilled staff!

The girl rostered on Sunday 21st March 2023 was very rude & grumpy, she took a chunk out of one eyebrow and when questioned she shrugged it off. Don't use this service. There are lots of these shops around with much nicer employees

The staff was on the phone when I came in, while I was in the chair and when I was leaving. Made terrible job - uneven and too thin. I am really upset, I wish the owner actually do smth about it. Just terrible service

I had extremely bad experience today in the salon. I did eyebrows and upper lip threading. Staff was very unprofessional and rude. I asked her to be gentle and she didn't listen to. My upper lips did bleed for a while. I will not recommend this place.

This is my go to eyebrow place.I generally go on Sundays! Staff here is friendly and does a good job. My skin is very thin and sensitive and she always make sure it’s not painful for me.I would recommend their services, however services are on thè expensive side!

If you are expecting a quick, no non-sense threading, then this might be the brow place for you. Don’t expect the staff to be that friendly and expect them to speak in their language while the customers are there. I’m not being racist as I also work in a multinational workplace, but hopefully the girls will tone down their convo while serving their clients. On a more positive note, they do good eyebrows.
