I've been going to FB Hair By Appointment for around 5 years now, and have never walked out the door without feeling happy and confident. Fleur and her team are wonderful. Always welcoming, professional, and willing to listen to your styling goals. Also, my hair has never been in better condition. Under Fleur's care, my once damaged hair (due to colouring done at another salon) is strong and healthy. The products they use in salon and recommend for home use, are exceptional. I can't recommend FB Hair By Appointment highly enough! Thank you Fleur and girls! Xx

I have been wanting really white blonde hair for years. I have taken a picture of what I want to every hairdresser I’ve tried and always come out feeling “this doesn’t look anything like the pic”. This Hairdresser was amazing.. made it happen, and two months later I don’t have hideous regrowth!Highly highly recommend!

All the negative ratings recently would be due to their right to only service vaccinated customers to protect their staff and customers.Why is it ok for a person to say my body my right but not for a business to say my business my right?The 90% should not give in to the 10%

I rang for my client to have her hair washed as she was unable to do it herself and Fleur the owner was very accommodating and fit her in. My client was very happy with her experience and impressed with the staffs friendliness and the salon dog was gorgeous.

Had an amazing hair experience at the gorgeous salon, FB Hair By Appointment. All the staff and owner Fleur were all so friendly, warm, inviting and professional with 5 star service at all times of my time there. Walked out absolutely loving my hair - Thank you Emma! Great location between river and sea. Cafe, shops & everything you need in 1 location. Beautiful boho style salon with a gorgeous art piece on the wall created by the talented owner Fleur! Great vibe and knowledgeable staff who made me feel like a million dollars! Thanks ladies!
