Very good bread can't recommend enough! Shame they don't have a cafe in the bakery itself to enjoy fresh hot bread straight from the oven.

OMG - no words other than WOW. This is artisan. The way bread is meant to be. (I'm German I know what I talk about). I'm gluten sensitive and thanks to their slow fermentation was absolutely fine - finished almost a whole loaf - soooooo good!

The Orange Spice & Coconut Sugar granola is delicious. It tastes of zesty orange coconut almonds blended with other delectable spices....love it!Can't wait to try your other range, as the blend of flavours is amazing.

This year, I've tried 11 varieties of Panettone from 4 different brands in 2021 before I had ZBS': Loison (Myer), Breramilano (DJ), Vergani (various stores) and Mantovani (ALDI). I'm no connoisseur but in 2021 I decided my Christmas gifts will include a panettone, so I went taste-tasting.How does it compare? It really doesn't. The first sentence that popped in my mind was, It's not very Italian." which is not a bad thing. This sentence mainly refers to the lack of 'boozy scent' you get with most Italian panettone. If you love the imported Italian panettone you will get something different from ZBS'.I would describe the bread as a sourdough fruity brioche. I'd advise against eating the bread cold because the toasted version really transformed the bread to its best version. It is crumbly and dry when cold
