My cats experience here was extremely unpleasant and stressful.I would never had expected to have to make two appointments for bloods to be taken. Not only has she got several needle marks from failed attempts on both sides of her neck and both front legs, but no bloods were taken. Worst vet.shocking reception staff, love to make sly rude comments about a dogs weight under their breath. Pretty much did the nurses job for her cos she didn’t want to get in the ground to check my dogs foot which was swollen. If you want to pay too dollar for bad service go here

Every time I go in here they're always pushing medication on me. Vaccinations, antibiotics, anti-inflammatories.I politely decline unless it's necessary but it's just constantly mentioned throughout the consult. I've had my boy 11 years and he's strong and healthy. My last visit was for some cyst bumps to be checked, just to be safe. And before they were even examined they were pushing for us to take anti-inflammatories for him. Even after coming to the conclusion the vet suggested them and anti-biotics for CYSTS. It's a weird practice and we won't be back.

Something has changed, maybe new owners?Staff aren't as nice, nor as attentive.I have been a long time client, but since the apparent change over there have been multiple instances where staff aren't at the front desk and despite my calling out, no one seems to be in the building.On other occasions it seems like my dog's file isn't being read as I have to constantly explain how much medication the dog is on, and even then they get it wrong.They will also dispense marked-up medication when you say you just want a script.Strongly considering finding a new vet.
