They advertise the cars online, you check the bookings and availability, they show that the car is available, then they ring you after booking and tell you they do not have a car available. Terrible system.

STEER clear $500 bond anything goes wrong guess what, it totals $500 .Even filled fuel tank till the bowser pump clicked off returned vehicle to depot 1klm. they said it wasn’t full $100 Thankyou . Arrogant and rude manager . Guess what NED KELLY. is alive and well.

Can not fault the service at all. Very friendly and could not help you enough. The only issues I found was the small truck I hired needed to be cleaned inside as it was pretty dusty and dirty. A bit of maintenance was needed on it as the reverse camera didn't work, radio didnt work, rear door was a bit hard to open and close but overall I would defiantly go back

100% top marks, highly recommended.We did a ring around before hiring, these guys had the best rates and sounded the best on the phone. As a rule I find privately owned local businesses are usually much better then the big national franchises. No disappointment here.Thanks Julie, you're an absolute gem, fantastic personality and so helpful and thank you to the owner too for having such good staff, good rates and a faultless vehicle.

We have used this buisness many times, they used to be great. The girl that usually works there is fantastic. But today the new male staff member was so rude to us. We had a truck booked in for past 6 weeks to find out today when we went to get the truck that there were none available. Evan though there were 3 trucks sitting in carpark not being used.When i said it was booked in, his reply NOT MY PROBLEM

Hired an SUV (X-Trail) for 2 days. Hire was a fraction of the prices for majors at Perth airport or Burswood.Car was clean and in good spec, staff were friendly, and Jaques was super helpful when I left my phone in the car at drop off.
