I bought a GTR Bamboo All Terrain 2nd hand and after 1year had a problem with the controller. I had it repaired by the guys at Evolve but it was lost in the return post. As a gesture of goodwill Evolve replaced it with a new one free of charge - awesome customer service! I’m new to skateboarding (at 62 years old) and this is only my second board but I absolutely love it - so easy to ride and amazingly smooth! Couldn’t be happier with the board and the service.

Iv had a shocking run with a second hand bamboo evolve gtr, although when working its alot of fun.The tech/support team have helped me at every stage so far been very helpful in sorting my issues and went above and beyond for me so much apreciated

Just bought the Bamboo GTR AT combo. Loving it. Plenty of power etc.Had an issue with the remote within a week. However I contacted the boys in support, and they had it sorted straight away. Literally shipped it overnight to replace the faulty remote.You cant really ask much more from a company than that.I have bought some spares online since then and again, arrived in super quick time. No complaints from me.

Absolutely incredible costomer service best purchasing experience I have had by far, they had back order for a bout 1 week on my order so we figured out that the twelve boards store in melbourne was local and the same price so they refunded me my money and all on the same day went to pick up my new Carbon Gt have been loving every moment ever since.Also I am a heavy set dood close to 150kgs so I was not getting great milage on the AT set up so I was suggested to switch out the tires for a set of abec 11 107mm superfly wheels (as seen in the pictures below) that twelve boards hooked up real quick and the mileage has been by far a lot more friendly for a man of my stamina and the feeling you get is like a knife slicing through butter, really smooth so if ur are a bit of a larger unit then definitely I would suggest these wheels.Thanks to the Evolve and twelve boards team for the amazing service!

I have an evolve stoked board. Its the best piece of kit I have ever owned. I was a surfer, then when the shoulders gave out, i turned to skateboarding. This is the very best of both worlds and marvelous exercise. Thank you for your bloody fantastic product. I am 69 years young.

I like how the staff treat their customers. I had to get a new start switch for my carbon Hadean. Rob was looked after me. Did forget to give the riptides.But did put them in. Highly recommend Evolve to get what you need. And the service guys know about their boards. And the sales persons. Know the product range. And friendly towards their customers

I've had my Bamboo GT for over two years & have really put the board through it's paces - it hasn't missed a beat! I'm 98kgs which doesn't seem to matter at all going up steep hills.These guys just keep innovating with epic products!

I really love my Bamboo GTR. Great built quality and it hasn't let me down so far in my first weeks of riding. Only the girl at the front desk had a really bad day and told us that on this Friday we couldn't try out boards. She changed her mind though after she noticed we were the only customers. I hope the support is better if I ever seem to have an issue. Keep up the good work Evolve Team!
