Cupping was excellent, the place to go for genuine cupping. Massage was light pressure for requesting firm may need to ask for extra firm. Tables could be more comfortable but they are larger than usual which is good if you are tall or broad. Rooms are spacious, music was nice piano.

Have been to this place more than a dozen times and have never had a bad experience. The ladies have always been so friendly and helpful. I also appreciate that they ask what kind of pressure you prefer for the massage at the very beginning and check in with you throughout to see if it's still okay. Could not recommend more.

I bought a groupon voucher hoping to find a regular masseuse. I felt the lady (who didn't introduce herself) could have been more welcoming, more friendly. I arrived on time, the next client arrived 15 mins early and she left me fairly abruptly, 45mins into hr massage to start on him. I felt that i was treated poorly because i had bought her massage at a reduced rate. I really dont think she would treat everyone like that. The massage itself was good.

I got a foot and leg massage done at the end of my pregnancy and was the best thing I ever did and they were so gentle and made sure they weren’t too rough. Definitely will be going back✨

I received a neck, shoulder and back massage today from Maple Massage and it’s the best massage I’ve ever had. I regret not asking for the masseuses name so I could recommend her.

I bought a Groupon so that I could try a massage place, to find me a regular masseuse that I can go to and I initially wanted to give a 4 Star on here, for the massage itself that I received but I seen on of the reviews that, a lady had also booked via a Groupon and from her experience it was different to mine. I arrived 5-10 mins early, I walked in and the lady that served me she was really nice in person but via txt message it was like a totally different person behind the phone (so not sure if it was the same person in store and through the texts) but their response was just blunt, prompt and I felt like they were annoyed (maybe because I had either texted them at the wrong time or it was because I got a Groupon) and the messages had an unwelcoming, unappreciated tone behind the text messages, but I still replied back nicely. I mean when I had messaged the first message inquiring if I could book an appointment, I messaged in a nice manner say “Hi ...” and the response I got back was “so what time would you like to book plz?” There was no “Hi, thank you very much for purchasing a Groupon. Wed like to welcome you to Maple Massage. Yes you can definitely book in for an appointment, what day and time will you like to book for?...etc.” that’s just an example of how I would’ve expected a reply, especially if people are wanting to look for regular masseuse like me, and I’m sure many other people out there. I mean first time to your business and you’d want to treat new customers like you want their business and not pick and choose.Anyway, that was my initial first impression of the place it actually made me feel anxious to visit the place because I thought these people might be a bit rude... first impressions are everything especially if you have these opportunities like groupons, where it’s a platform to show what your business is about, especially to new customers. Well I turned up to Maple massage the next day, and surprisingly the lady was really friendly and nice and shown me into the room, not long after I arrived for my relaxation massage. She showed me in and then told me to take my time and walked out, so I got ready and laid down and then the massage started and there wasn’t any introductions or questions asked like “is the temperature okay, is the pressure okay or a drink of water offered” and being only my second time EVER, to get a massage, you’d still think they would introduce themselves, say their name and ask those questions like you know just making your customer feel comfortable I mean yes I get it it’s a place to relax but those kinds of customer service is what makes customers want to come back and want to pay for what you’re worth. So it was silent throughout the whole massage but that’s okay, but I’m just saying that there wasn’t any of those questions asked. I just feel that if you want peoples business whether they pay full price or not, staff should always treat them as you would your regulars and people who pay full price. But being a first visitor my massage itself was great, it’s just the experience itself like beforehand with messaging them to book and during my massage, you’d think that staff would mention these things to everyone like “before I start, please let me know if the pressure is too much or not enough... etc.” like that’s how I would treat people in a massage place, whether they’re a full paying customer or not. I’ve visited another massage in Redbank and they’re very welcoming to all customers. People don’t realise, it takes courage to get a massage especially when you’re showing a part or parts of your body that you may feel uncomfortable showing to others especially strangers. So I hope this review helps the staff at Maple, maybe improve how they serve their customers, this is just my first experience. Thank you though, this hasn’t stopped me from coming back and I will def change my rating from 3 upwards if I experience positivity on my next visit in the future.

My wife and I, together with our son, had a massage last Tuesday, 28 June 2022. My wife was attended by Cindy while my son and I were attended by Gigi. It was the BEST MASSAGE we ever had. They knew what they were doing and more. By far it was 10 out of 10! Highly recommended! Today is 25 Nov 2022, my son's stress level was very high because of his final exams at school and his flying lessons exams just happened to coincide in the same week. After the massage with Gigi, I can really see that he is now well, relaxed and comfortable with the stress all gone. He said it was a wonderful experience. Hence, we will back soon.
