Suits look great however quality doesn't match higher price point. If you are purchasing for a once off wedding the suit will do the job. However for regular work usage the stitching comes undone within a few months. I have purchased two suits (FYI never machine washed or dried) and the zippers jam constantly right from the start and stitching in multiple places has come undone within three months. I recommend sticking with a tailored MYER brand suit, cheaper and better quality. Two stars because staff are friendly and the suits do look good.

Absolutely the best service I've seen from any retailer in a decade. Nicolas and his expertise took the weight off my shoulders and handled our formalwear purchase like a professional. I was honestly entering the store just to do price comparisons to other stores. I actually thought RFS was out of our price range. Best decision ever! Bought quality clothing at below competitor pricing. Very impressed. Nicolas, you need to be cloned and work in customer service everywhere. I am now a 'raving fan' of RFS, no buyer remorse, and will be making this store our first choice for quality clothing in the future. My husband hasn't had the need to for a suit for years, and Reuben F Scarf Erina worked perfectly.It is obvious from the price point that these suits are not high-end but meet the needs of someone on a budget or need a suit for that rare occasion.They are great suits for someone who doesn't need to wear a suit daily, but needs one in the wardrobe for the just in case situation"

We got our groomsmen suits and shirts from Ameir and he was so helpful and was willing to negotiate on price because we had a large order! Some of the groomsmen live a fair way away and couldn’t come to the store so he sent us a detailed list of what measurements he needed so we could order the right size. When we got closer to the date we needed to change the size of a suit and he did not hesitate to just swap the suit over to the right size of us. We also had Ameir handle the alterations for us and these were done perfectly and on time! Thank you to Ameir and the team!
