Adam has been a fantastic mechanic to deal with. It's not often you find a mechanic with a knowledgeable, trustworthy AND friendly mechanic, along with having a well organised and friendly reception/admin.Adam answered all my questions and explained things I didn't understand so I could make an informed decision about the repairs to my car.These are simple but very important things I've found many mechanics lack.Thank you to both Adam and Juliana for making me feel welcome despite my very old, tired car! I'm really happy with all the service I have received.I recommend anyone seeking a reliable mechanic to go to A1 Autohaus.

Adam is a very genuine person. I am very happy with the service and honesty that they deliver. I will be returning back for all my VW services. I had A1 complete a stage 2 tune. Very happy with my cat now.

Adam and his team are real honest down to earth good geniune people . Ive been to many mechanics over the years and have never experienced the type of customer service that Adam and his team give. They really take the time to listen to your problem and offer many solutions and options and keep your best interest in mind with geniune honest care.I cannot priase this bunch enough. absolute legends and I feel so lucky to have found them.

My positive feedback for A1autohous is that he is using good product.Unfortunately that’s where it stops I’ve had disappointing experiences with workshop and their feed back and update on how is everything going with my car.Spend way too long of time on my car where it was noted to my self it will take 3.4days and took over 10 days that was the first time.Second time was as bad.Did install parts on my car without consulting with me and wanted to charge me extra.No communicationNo customer serviceNo follow upOverchargesThis has happened to numerous people and it is very disappointing.I won’t be going back to this workshop.

Spoke to Julianna who sorted out a fresh order of AdBlue and an appointment to top up my brother’s car, was extremely communicative the whole time with regular updates, plus the team on the ground were great as well. Highly recommended!

Juliana (receptionist) was so lovely and helped me to fit in a car servicing on the day of my enquiry.Adam and his team were very professional, gave updates via phone calls throughout the day and took the time to ensure I was informed about my car's condition. Adam was able to spot about 3 things my previous car mechanic was unable to and was very transparent yet not pushy whatsoever about his recommendations. He ultimately left the decisions to me and was thorough with the logbook and writing the outstanding issues with my car on the invoice and suggested a timeframe of when I should return for those issues.Very grateful and happy with the quality of the customer service here--I felt much more informed and empowered with knowing what was happening and why with my car (often at other places I have no idea and nothing is explained to me!)Will be back as a regular!

Adam is the nicest person and very experienced with European cars. I trust him to look after my fiddly Audi. He has completed timing chain and manifold replacement with valve cleaning with excellent results.

I was due for some major repairs on my mk6 gti timing tensioner and more and the service was excellent the team had a great passion for the work and explained everything and why in detail love the passion and effort in your work excellent work team highly recommend by me to all euro driving enthusiasts.

I had my low beams replaced, paid 109 aud for the fitment, after a couple of days of rain I opened the sealing cap and I find out that the wiring were damaged, went back and asked to have the connectors replaced with oem parts, denied, I asked for a refund, denied.So far the worse experience, I strongly not recommended this workshop, unless you don't care about your vehicle.I'll never go back.Bad workmanship.
