I'm not sure how this company has so many good review as my experience has been abysmal.I have engaged the company to install a new roof. The process in the beginning was simple. However, once the installation started it became an absolute nightmare. The installers have damaged the roof of my shed, as they were using it for foot traffic.They damaged my gutters, and they damaged my garage. There was rubbish left everywhere and they left the flashings and sheets in the middle of my footpath.I sent them a number of emails start of May while the installers were at my house and I received no formal reply, no phonecall no nothing.The absolute lack of communication was adsurb, nobody knew if the guys would rock up the next day or not or what works they'll perform.Im now still waiting for this company to pull their act together and fix the property damage that they've done.I made a mistake going with them and I would never recommend them to anyone.

R&R site team were excellent and the small warranty work piece was done without fuss and on time as promised.Cost was very competitive and the property transformation has exceeded expectations.

We recently had the colorbond roof replaced on our house by Roof and Render due to hail damage and also added a roof blanket and solar vent.The process from start to finish was faultless. They kept in constant communication with us and updated us on any delays on starting our job due to the wet weather.The roof installers did an awesome job and worked very hard. The quality of workmanship definitely shows.All staff and installers we dealt with were very friendly, knowledgeable and made the process very easy.The site was left extremely clean and tidy at the end of each day and after the job was completed.Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend anyone looking for a roof replacement to get in contact with Roof and Render.

I don't normally write reviews however for Roof and Render I felt they deserved one. From the very start they were professional, polite and on time and this continued the whole way through. The guys who completed the job replacing the roof and all gutters and downpipes were brilliant and the final job was superb. When a job involves a lot of spend there are nerves, I couldn't be happier with the final outcome. Too many names to mention, Ryan and his team, well done and thank you, Carol and Ben very helpful in getting the right colour. Thank you very much!!

Replaced our 70s terracotta roof with colourbond, new gutters and a solar vent.They were amazing right from the quote to the final payment. All staff were lovely, helpful and cared. Installation happened one month earlier and finished on budget and time. Highly recommend.

We are extremely happy with our roof restoration and gutter installation. Every member of staff has been courteous, extremely professional and very helpful with any questions, our 55 year old roof looks like new. This isn't a slap it on and hope for the best operation, there are several steps and procedures for a long lasting finish. They are a local family SA owned company and we highly recommend Roof and Render!

The crew at Roof and Render did a fantastic job replacing our very large, tired leaky, concrete tiled roof with a new colorbond roof, blanket insulation, new gutters and facia covers. Price was competitive and the result is great and has really modernised our 80s home. The team were professional throughout. They took good care on the smaller details and were generally very pleasant to talk to through out the project. I appreciated the responsive to all enquires and there was never a feeling of anything being too much trouble to accommodate. As employees I felt confident that they took responsibility to do a good job and keep the site tidy. We felt the benefits of the new insulation and roof immediately and are very happy with the result. With something as important as your roof I'm really glad we went with a company who cares about quality.

A very professional company from start to finish. Various people communicated with me about details and scheduling throughout the time from quote acceptance to installation. Their detailed quote was provided within a week of requesting it and included an expected installation month. Installation became possible a month earlier than expected, which we appreciated. Scaffolding arrived a couple of days prior to starting the installation. My specific request regarding having a greater than normal fall on the gutters was implemented and the result looks and works great. The roof sheeting and under roof blanket installation was completed in less than a day and the gutters and other parts completed the following day. The roof looks amazing. What a great, high quality job. The installers were polite and answered all my questions. I couldn't have had a better experience.
