It really is a fantastic, non-intimidating gym. The staff welcome everyone and all the other people training are wonderful as well. It's a great place to train that offers so much to every individual based on their individual needs.

I called to enquire a few weeks ago about joining and was booked in for an appointment. I couldn't make the appointment and called to cancel and apparently I wasn't booked in anyway. I then called again this week to make another appointment and the lady I spoke to said she would have someone call me. Still Waiting!!!

Best PT Center ever. I lost 11kg and gained muscle and a level of fitness i never thought possible. Very non intimidating, i normally hate gyms and ra ra class cults, but this place is different (i get the name now) very friendly and private. They focus on you feeling good and getting your results.
