Extremely friendly staff. the orthodontist (Anna Chang) and her assistant offer excellent without selling unnecessary procedures. They actually care about their patients. I highly recommend

I am very impressed by Dr Anna Chang's professionalism and sincere care for patients. I went to see her with my daughter Maria whose braces needed final touch before removal (done overseas). She did some adjustment and found another Orthodontist to take over the treatment since she does not deal with the specific type of brace. She spent a lot of her time, efforts and energy and at the end I was pleasantly surprised when she smilingly said no charges" for today. This type of care is rare to encounter!"

While visiting from the UK one of the brackets detached from my teeth. The dentists saw me immediately without appointment for a very reasonable price, wrote some notes for my dentist back home and offered to see me again free of charge if I experienced further issues during my holiday (remaining true to their word when this was the case). This dentist practise was referred to me by another dentist who was unable to see me when I called, so I was not at all surprised that they were so excellent. The receptionist was an absolute joy to be welcomed by and made my husband and I feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the fast, efficient visit. We travel frequently and as a result of having braces, I have had the pleasure of seeing a range of dentists... this practise was second to none and I would highly recommend them.

The team at Ethos Orthodontics knew my name before I had even fully walked in the door and I was called in for my retainer review within minutes. The orthodontist was wonderful and explained things so well and I was done within 5 minutes. I had braces with them over 12 years ago and my bonded retainer has been faultless until now. They knew why it had come loose in a section and repaired it in a way that it wouldn't happen again. Still, such a long time without needing a quick service" and at an amazing price. Consistently late appointments, no point going on time, as someone who commutes from Gold Coast it’s pivotal the appointment runs on time. Otherwise I end up hitting southbound peak traffic. If you expect professionalism and timeliness go else where. Moreover, they are extremely inflexible with bookings even for working professionals, which is extremely (yet they are fine making you wait upwards of 30 minutes per appointment) frustrating as what only needs 2 weeks is now delayed till 8 weeks ( getting braces off ).

After going to Ethos Loganholme myself many years ago I decided to take my children there too. The service is just as amazing now as it was back then. Staff are all so welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful with any questions. Fantastic advice and guidance on everything, it makes a big decision a lot easier. My 2 girls (and I) felt comfortable and at ease from the second we walked in the door.

My teeth look amazing and the staff have always been nothing but kind :)

All staff have been absolutely wonderful with my daughter with ASD to the point where she absolutely loves going in to appointments and giving hugs to the staff. They did some major work on her teeth at a very reasonable price. Totally loved our experience!
