Scammers avoid. I bought a package and did 5 sessions. I've seen no hair reduction, every session was a different girl always late, they barely covered the surface area and always had it on low . I'm pale with dark hair, the perfect candidate but they obviously just want you to keep coming back and not actually give you results. Should be closed down.Even when I asked them to go over my hairs again because they had been missed, she said oh you probably have light hairs anyway. No like I said I have dark hairs, they just don't listen. Management and owners are to blame telling them to scam people. Hope u go busy

Very bad experience from results clinic blacktown. Got done my last face laser, they did not have cotton pads to put over my eyes, under the eye wear. I could see the red rights even when my eyes were closed. Then i hold the eyewear tightly while it was getting done. Even the whole branch is so corrupt. Providing false misleading information to the clients. Book the appointments for the clients online and when client goes to the clinic, says they are not eligible for discounts or any other offers. Agenda is when they confirm the appointment to the client, they should not provide misleading information, so clients dont waste their time. It shows discounts on the website and when you go on clinic they says no it is full price and when you shows online they says oo yea sorry we can do for half price.. very bad experience.

AVOID USING THE SERVICES OF A COMPANY WHO TAKES YOUR MONEY AND REFUSES TO PROVIDE THE PAID TREATMENTS!I have been a loyal client of results clinic for over 10 years and I refuse to use them anymore or recommend anyone to their clinic. I have purchased several packages and paid thousands of dollars over the years to this business and after 10 years of being a loyal client they refuse to provide me with the service in which I have paid for.I had a package expire with treatments outstanding due to Covid lockdown and the clinic being shut. When I asked for this to be extended head office claimed to have already extended the package for 6 months out of “Good Faith” however this is false! I have the original receipt which shows the original term of 18months (not 12 months and the addition 6 in which they are claiming). I don’t understand how a business can take hundreds of dollars from clients and then refuse to provide the service, especially when circumstances out of our control prevent us from using it I.e. clinic shutdown.The attitude of head office was basically “sorry but not sorry I can’t help you”. No sense of consumer loyalty, morals or ethics. pure robbery. When I told head office that I will not be using their clinic again and moving to a competitor she still had an “I don’t care” attitude and I have heard the same experience from other clients. I have contacted fair trading and I urge anyone who has a similar experience to do the same!

Completely regret buying a package here. A few years ago the experience was really good but it was under different management. The service is cold. I am halfway through my treatments and never do any of the staff use manners when calling you or in person. If they are late, they do not even have the courtesy to let you know, they just make you sit there for 20 minutes. There is no music in the rooms while treatment is being done like other clinics. Very disappointed and would never recommend. I cringe going for appointments. In saying that the treatment is working thus far. Though I am going to another clinic for a different area of treatment and they are just delightful! Have music and aren't rude. There are better options out there than this place!

I have already attended three sessions at the Result Clinic located in Blacktown and I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by Yasmine. She is an experienced, polite, and efficient practitioner who has delivered excellent results. I feel that the sessions were completely worth it and I am very pleased with the outcome. Yasmine consistently delivers the best results, which is why I would like to continue my sessions with her in the future. Overall, I am delighted to have found such a skilled practitioner who has helped me achieve my desired results.

I have been to countless clinics, Aus Laser Clinic, Evolution, etc. But I have never had the most comforting experience that I have with AMY from Blacktown. She is friendly, professional and helped me not only with my Laser hair removal but explained the benefits of the membership and using the skin treatments. Always has a smile on her face and always suggests the best treatments for me. I continue to purchase services from her with with EVERY visit as her honest and informational advice has given me trust in her service. Thank you Amy for your wonderful services.

The worst management I’ve ever come across. I prepaid for full laser treatment and they book me in on the wrong machine and incorrect time slots twice in a row. Having to drive to clinics 40 mins away and finding out that they don’t have your machine is ridiculous. They have the details they require on the file. Additionally, taking in people instead of me before I even turn up for my appointment and they can no longer take me in as they won’t have time?This is highly unprofessional for services which they charge thousands for.There so many better laser clinics out there providing a better service. Please avoid results laser clinic and save yourselves time and money.

I had my appointment at 1:30pm, arrived early but then they're late in their schedule, I was attended at around 1:48pm. The laser therapist who did my laser was good, she's friendly, but forgot to observe privacy during the treatment, she opened the door without covering me up, so I just covered myself up. Not really that satisfied with my experience with them, I think I'm gonna try another Laser Clinic.
