I've been receiving emails from this business for the last few months that are not intended for me and contain confidential information - I'm assuming my email address has been incorrectly listed as the contact email of one of their clients currently selling. I have attempted to alert Raine & Horne Sunbury and Brendon Grech to this error a number of times, but my emails appear to go unread, so I'm hoping this review might make them aware of the problem instead.I have serious concerns about the security of this agencies administrative procedures given that no-one internal has noticed this error yet, despite my attempts to rectify the situation.

I've just sold my home via Raine & Horne Sunbury and can't speak highly enough about Brendon and his team. From our very first interview to when the final Sale sign went up, Brendon and the team were positive, honest and enthusiastic. They gave me confidence in the sales process and what they brought to the table. I was kept informed about the level of interest being generated, followups being undertaken to pursue genuine leads and outcomes of those followups.At times I would get worried about leads that did not progress to offers, or the fact that a Contract of sale had fallen through. Brendan would relax me by always remaining positive, giving me great advice and options to move forward and negotiated a final sales price that I was ecstatic with.

We recently had a fantastic experience selling our home with Brendon Grech and the Raine and Horne Sunbury team. His communication with us throughout the whole process was excellent and he was always available to answer any of our questions or concerns. His support and professionalism during this time is greatly appreciated and he was able to negotiate an amazing sale for us. In addition, Brendon has helped us to secure our dream block of land and made this process very easy and stress-free. We have recommended Brendon and the team to our family and friends, and would absolutely use his services again in the future.

I recently secured a rental property through Raine & Horne Sunbury, and cannot recommend them enough. A massive shout out to our property manager Dianne Petrovski. We really appreciate her prompt actions every time we bring something to her attention. It certainly is a welcome change having such an efficient and caring property manager. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible property management service from Start to finish.First of all, they found me a tenant that is always late in rent and is causing trouble. Now I've just found out that the ingoing report wans't done properly which will cause more money lost. They never replied your email or call on time, unless you've repeatly requested a call back after 100 times. And even then they never really want to reply you.Overall it's been a pain in the butt to deal with the R&H, you are better off managed it yourself instead of paying them. At least you know what is happening.Do not recommended at all
