Lovely venue for small group. Excellent kitchen facilities. No toilet or shower in back attic with 4 beds. Toilets and bathrooms in main house adequate. 1 bedroom downstairs only. All other beds on top level. Comfortable clean beds with doonas and electric blanket. Heating only in lounge area. Room to move around comfortably. Disabled and elderly visitors may find difficulty getting around the facility. Convenient location to the Yarra Valley and Lake Mountain. Good trail walks and scenic Yarra River nearby with good eateries and a supermarket. Would return for another visit. Not sure what it's future is as attached property at No 5 is sold and the Manor located at No 7 is on sale. Would recommend a stay despite its few shortcomings.
