Safe 'n' SOUND Self Storage Tuggerah

We stored a whole house full of goods for 2 years while we lived in Los Angeles. The price for our huge shed was very reasonable. The staff from the supervisor off site to the staff at Tuggerah (especially Sue) were great. At the end of the first year I called from LA and extended for a further year and it was all super easy. Our furniture was just delivered today and it was clean and dry and in the same condition as when the movers collected it 2 years ago. Highly recommend Safe n Sound! Melissa and Terry Willesee

4 years I used their storage unit.A couple of times I was late on payments during hardship but I always paid the excess fee without hesitation.My agreement stated I would be refunded if I left the unit before the paid up to date, which I did leave before it was up.It was brought up with the manager and I was told it would be sent within 7-10 days and that it was sent to head office after being authorised.I contacted them 10 days later, nothing.12 days later I was told it was being sent to my 3 year old address via cheque (a payment method I never paid them which is against NSW Fair Trading).I was told by the manager “You will need to make arrangements with the current occupants of that premises to collect your cheque.”Also “Its interesting that you were happy to leave us hanging for payment month after month and couldn’t even be bothered to make contact regularly while we were protecting your goods 24 hours a day and 7 days a week but you seem to expect us to resolve problems of your own making now that you’ve moved out and are no longer a customer.”Lies, the agreement I signed says otherwise “We have not refused your refund. We have issued it. We are not obliged to do so as your storage fees were a monthly charge, not a weekly or daily one, but we did so out of goodwill anyway.”All of this and not once was I notified by them that my MasterCard wasn’t processing their payment so they sent it as a cheque instead.NSW Fair Trading have been notified and instructed me that they will intervene.

Amazing Service! Sue is the loveliest lady, who always took care of me whilst I used a storage shed for 16 months. Will never go anywhere else. Prices are affordable and very reasonable. Couldn’t recommend these guys anymore!!

The online form made my sign up so quick and effortless. The units are much more secure than my last storage unit with my personal lock and the one provided. I'm totally happy with the service so far.

Without a doubt the best storage facility I have ever visited.Sue showed me everything and explained everything fully. She was warm and welcoming and the place is that clean it’s actually amazing.The insurance price compared to other competitors is affordable and trustworthy.I could not speak more highly of this place and I only met them a few days ago.Absolute legends

We have stored our caravan here since 2012. But sadly, we have just sold it and are waiting for our new van. In the time the van has been here, we have always been made to feel very welcome by all staff, always friendly and super helpful - and Sue the Manager is simply delightful, helpful, professional and considerate of our needs. The site costs are very reasonable - you will not find another comparable site for less than almost double the rate. The access is second to none - 24/7 - can't ask for better. The security is top notch - cameras, electric fence, you name it - they have it. I would recommend the business and the staff to anyone - and have done so over the years. I hope not too many people take on my recommendation though as we will likely return early next year and want to make sure we get a space for our new van. Well done to everyone and thanks for so many years of carefree storage knowing our van was probably safer there than in our own driveway. Fingers crossed for Jan/Feb 2019!

Sue and the staff at Safe n Sound Tuggerah were a pleasure to deal with, our Motorhome is safer now than it was at home and will be definitely easier to pack and go. We can thoroughly recommend the quality facility, it's location and the overall experience.
