I have nothing but the highest praise for Rikky, Jess, Luke and the team at AESA.From the very start I felt looked after from the first meeting and quote through to the after care.We had some minor technical issues (not the fault of AESA; these things happen) and Rikky and team have gone above and beyond to ensure we are looked after and the problems rectified. They have been in regular contact and genuinely care that their customers are happy. They were even in contact over a long weekend and came out to troubleshoot and fix the problem (which wasn't their error to begin with).Highly recommend them; we got a battery/ solar/inverter/hot water system installed and it has been a smooth process and Rikky was extremely helpful in ensuring the system would meet our current and future needs.I really can't recommend them highly enough; caring, trustworthy and quality work.

They were patient, took the time to understand my needs, explained how it all works and for someone not familiar with it all I found it very helpful. They were the only business out of 4 we approached who took the time to visit my house and realize it wasn’t a standard install with our roof angles so we knew the costs all up front.
