Only have positives to say about Advantage Property - particularly about our property manager Michelle V. I rented a property managed by Michelle and have been very appreciative for Michelle's prompt, timely and clear communication. No maintenance request sent went unanswered and Michelle always followed up to make sure the maintenance request was resolved to a satisfactory level. This has been the most positive experience I have ever had as a tenant in over 7 years of renting in Melbourne and I would stay with Advantage Property, particularly Michelle in a heartbeat if the opportunity is available. Cannot recommend her and Advantage Property as a whole more highly from a tenant perspective.
