Zana has done a great job on the flower arrangement for my daughter's birthday. Will certainly recommend her to anyone. Her prices are fair and reasonable.

An arrangement of flowers for my birthday that had been ordered days previously, and two phone calls on the day to confirm pick up, were not ready as arranged. A hurried 5 minute job and there it was. All the roses were brown and almost dead within two days. Called back, and a lecture on how it wasn't their fault etc etc when a simple apology, and oh gee we will replace them would have sufficed. Went for replacement roses.An uncomfortable experience handing back the dead ones and getting replacements as I was lectured yet again. Was glad to get out of there. You just lost a local customer!

The whole family at this florest is ridiculously rude! I asked how much for delivery which is walking distance $10. They said courier wont be there till 11am which I was fine with the time! Then I get a snap of the flowers delivered at just after 11am with recognizing the man that works there, so I called and asked if a man with glasses works there and the owner? Lady was hesitant then said yes he does, lady got very rude as I asked why did you charge me $10 for a walking distance delivery when the courier did not deliver it the owner did. Then kept hanging up on me! Man gets on the phone you shut up and F***K OFF !FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY HAVE! Rude overbroad!"

I understand that Mother’s day is a busy/stressful time of year/day for all flower stores but I still would hope florists would take pride in their work under the circumstances.I went there this morning with my 5 year old niece to buy some flowers for my sister/nieces mum, my niece chose two bunches of flowers. I got to the counter and asked the worker if he could mix the 2 bunches together, he blatantly said ‘no’ it’s to busy! (There were no more than 5 people in the store at that time) I just said ‘okay’ after he wrapped them, very loosely and rushed I might add he didn’t add a ribbon or anything however was quick to throw me the eftpos machine to ensure I made payment. I have been going to this florist for the last 4 years but I can assure you after today I will not be going back there at all.

Zana and the team are absolutely fantastic. I luckily discovered this florist a few years back and have always been extremely happy with their service and arrangements. There is a great choice and the flowers are always fresh.Thank you Zana and team for always looking after me, especially recently, with all your support, help and multiple beautiful arrangements. Mum wanted to give flowers to my Aunty to brighten the room as her husband started pallitive care at home. Yellow Gebras perfect!Wrapped in a single piece of plasticy purple unicorn wrap that instantly looked liked it had been pulled crumpled from the trash. She was horrified.So I took her back and waited while one pf the two staff finished talking to their friend and the other...did more important things...I said to the staff member 'Can we at least get some ribbon or something on these there a...' cut off by the busy one, 'You should have told us they were a gift!' in a extremely rude tone. The old one then grabbed the flowers from ne and got a single piece of light yellow curling ribbon and tied a quick release half bow a prep tying their shoelaces for the first time should be ashamed of and ran the scissors once over one end of the half bow ends before shoving them across the counter into my mothers face who had stood obviously uncomfortable during this whole exchange even though I was closer.By the way those overpriced Gerbas bought on Tuesday were in water with bleach and sugar within 20 minutes, as no vase food was included or offered of course, dead.Not a little bit wilty, rotten like a defrosted capsicum left on a bench!Check out their awesome gift wrapped boquet in customer uploaded photos!

I've been coming to this flower shop for years. The lovely florist always creates the most magnificent arrangements for me and keeps my wife happy. Quality of flowers is outstanding.

My wife and have been going to Zana's florist for many years and nothing is too much trouble for her. The arrangements are always wonderful. Thank you Zana and see you soon!

I would normally get a small bunch of one type of flower, but my boyfriend decided since I've been sick and in and out of hospital that he would treat me to a bouquet of flowers. The flowers cost us $26 and I wish we had never got them. The bouquet of flowers was rotten in the middle and full of mould. I would never recommend to anyone now! I will be in the shop talking to you in the morning, if nothing is sorted then google reviews will be the first to know.
