I contacted ASAP in the evening, phone was answered by Marcus and he was very helpful. Gave me an instant quote and time options for repairs. The office girls ycalled to confirm the next day. The glazier called when on his way. Job done within 20 minutes. No mess left behind. Great fast, efficient and friendly. Definitely recommend

ASAP Glass were fantastic. Came out quickly and were much cheaper than the other company I called. Marty was polite and did an amazing job and really quickly too. Very happy and will definitely use ASAP glass in the future!

After paying 40% deposit, ASAP Glass said it would take 5-10 working days for my order of one bathroom window to come in. 12 working days after I paid the deposit, I still had not received any contact. I called them, and 2hrs later they called me back saying there was a factory delay. After 5 more working days with no contact, I called them to ask what was happening. They informed me that my order was in and arranged for someone to install my window between 9-12pm the next day, with notification 30min prior to arrival. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate these 3hrs, however, I was called at 11:45am to be told the guy was running late and would not arrive for at least another hour. At 1:23, I received a call saying the guy was 30min away. He arrived at 1:47pm, leaving an unreasonable 5hr window that I had to rearrange and remain available for. While I am happy with the window and installation, there were glass shards and dirt left in the bathtub below the window. A 1 year old lives here and this was a safety concern I had to fix immediately after he left. The speed and organisation of ASAP Glass is in need of significant review. I should have read reviews before selecting this company.

Terrible communication and no customer service. If I ran my business like this I would be out of business. Took half day off Friday and no one turned up. Booked again for 9-9.30 this morning and was promised they would be here on time as we have guests arriving and only one shower is available. Took another half day off and again no one has arrived. Followed up at 9.45 to be told they were running late on another job and “should” be there in and hour “or so”. I have no confidence they will arrive and will now have trades people here when our interstate guests arrive for a relaxing break. On top of that I’ve lost a days income. NOT HAPPY !!!!

ASAP were by far the cheapest quote and came the next day, did a good job. Very happy.

Dropped in unannounced to cut a few pieces of glass. They looked at it and asked if I wanted now. Needless to say, amazing service and it’s currently being cut. Thanks Zayn and team!

Would recommend these guys for any glass replacement needs as they are super fast and work with you regarding time and urgency and once on site they are time efficient with no mucking about - measured and cut within 5minutes and installed with new seals all within 15minutes.Was a great turn around as it was our front main window and the young lad that came out to service us rung and gave us ample warning on when he would arrive and was there on time and polite.Thanks again guys.

Could not be more pleased with the response and the service from this company... spoke with Marcus early evening and a technician was at my house the next morning before 08.30amMarty who dismantled and refitted the glass was nothing short of outstanding.. the job was on the second floor with difficult access... though nothing was too hard and always a smile on his face.Just hope the Insurance Company is as obliging... well done to the whole team

Marty from ASAP Glass did an outstanding job of cleaning up the glass remainders of a shower glass panel door combustion- the efforts and professionalism and kindness displayed by Marty was much appreciated in a very stressful time for me .The final installation Marty was accompanied by Harry and Zane to install the glass shower door.Again they cleaned and made sure my bathroom was spotless.I’m so impressed! Very grateful what an amazing team!

Jayden came to repair my broken main door glass after it was shattered by a flying stone. Jayden was brilliant, personable and professional. Best part he cleaned up all glass and the lounge room to better than he found it. Would recommend him for any service. Thank you Jayden
