Prest Laundry

Absolutely do not go to this place. Not only did they shrink one of my beautiful silk dresses, they lost another one all together. Their dry cleaning is not done on site, they send it somewhere else which only increases the chance of something going wrong. I urge you to heavily research dry cleaners before deciding on one. Either way, this is not the place for you, or anyone for that matter!

If I could give it a negative star I would give it minus 1 million stars.The self service dryers is a absolute joke!!!! Nearly $20 and they still come out damped put another $5 and still no good.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS PLACE.drive 2 mins down the road on Victoria street to the 24 laundry and $15 you can wash a big load and dry.I really hope the owner sees this post and try’s to contact me as I have felt robbed and deserve a refund!!!

Love this place! Staff friendly and helpful. I use the “wash dry fold”service for my bedding I can’t do at home. Reasonable prices, and they can be accommodating if you need a quick turnaround!

Had my wash & iron for 9 days… rung 28 times don’t pick up the callUse Prest Laundry, they’ve had their iron fixed, a little expensive but worth the extra cost… perfect job wouldn’t use anyone else!

Wonderful laundry pickup/drop off service! When I called to schedule they were polite and thorough. Laundry was picked up by Gabbar (?sp) who was polite helpful. Clothes were clean, neatly folded, and separated. Prices reasonable too!

Staff are always friendly and attentive and very help ful. I've never had any issues. There is sometimes a wait for machines but this is obviously to be expected. Cheap, convenient and easy to use. Not much more to ask for really!

If you’re not sure how to operate the machine, dryer or any of their service, the staff are friendly to help. The 24/7 laundromat is always tidy. Only accepts $1 coins. They have a coins machine and card payment system. If you don’t have cash change, you can ask in store during business hour and change at the machine.Dry cleaning: Prices vary based on clothing. For more than 3 jumpers you get discount for $6.80 each. Completed all task within 48 hours/ 2 business days as promised.Delivery: $4.20 with min $42 payment and they can accomodate to your suitable time.Payment: Dry cleaning via online or in store. Delivery payment can be COD or phone payment. Online delivery payment seems down at the moment.Customer service: From phone to in store to driver; top notch! Prest lost sheets which were for an incoming Air BnB booking. Jasmine claimed they were delivered but they weren't. I had to purchase new sheets for the guests & am also out of pocket for the lost sheets. Jasmine didn't apologise & refused to give the name of the owner, so I could take this matter up with them. Terrible service.

We have used Prest Laundry for years and have found them to be extremely professional and helpful.With a new pup in the house Prest are frequently washing doonas, blankets and rugs for us at the moment....They are reasonably priced and just saved us from being without a doona, on our master bed, on a cold winter's night.Parking is easy with un-metered parking spots out front.

Place offers a card system but fails to highlight that only the small washing machines are even equipped to take the card. The ones that take coins only take 1 AUD - again, no sign about this. Instructions to select program etc. are hard to see and when I was there 2 out of the 10 machines were broken. The 60 degree program takes app. 50 mins but after 30 mins none of the three machines I used had even reached 50 degrees. Absolutely unacceptable!
