Mellisa and the team are highly competent, generous with their time, professional and on top of that, are a pure delight to deal with. I moved across the country and wasn’t there for the take over of the property. Mellisa went above and beyond to ensure the property was clean, all the inspections were done by reputable people and that the paper work was taken care of.
