This a great box. Did a drop in on a Saturday and it was a partner workout and I was made to feel welcome and the programming was excellent

Great atmosphere with top quality instructors and equipment. Always clean, super professional and members are very friendly, always making you feel welcome. If you've been thinking about trying crossfit, you should talk to these guys.

Great trainers & facilities for all fitness levels. Very welcoming to new members & visitors, highly recommend. Be warned though, it is very addictive.

Felt like home! Dropped into a good few classes while visiting Glenelg. Coach JP and members were the most welcoming and got to learn as well as have a great workout. Hopefully see you next year!
