Used these guys to replace my laptop battery. For some reason it didn't work and I sent it back for a quick refund a long time after I purchased it. Highly regarded and trustworthy. Recommended.

An honest, no nonsense shop. I went there to get a Mac charger as the pins of my original charger got messed up. When I called him, he mentioned that he's got them in stock and it costs $35/-. The price was ok for me and I went there to buy it. However, when I showed him my original charger, he said that I don't have to buy the entire unit, and that he's got extensional codes that can be fixed to the original charger at a cost of $15/-. So I fixed my original charger with the extension code I bought from Phinko and still use it. He could have easily sold me the more expensive full unit, but he didn't. Well done Phinko!

This business is relatively new to Richmond and I didn't know anyone who had used them. I called in for a quote and was very pleased there was no pressure or upselling. The quote was reasonable, Mark transferred my old data to the new, and installed on Sunday which suited me. I had a little trouble with Office loading and Mark called in the next day and reloaded it, since then everything has worked perfectly. I can't recommend this company highly enough, nothing is too much trouble.

Unassuming shop, GENIUS WITHIN! This place was a joy to discover. I was recommended to them by another equivalent place which had lacked what I needed and my problem was immediately, expertly and helpfully solved by this lovely man and his small family business.After going to all the major chain stores to replace a laptop charger and being given the complete runaround with poorly trained, inattentive staff and woeful product diversity, I cannot tell you how grateful I am that a business still exists with this wonderful customer service. Finding someone who knows what they are talking about and is positive and helpful is a rare pleasure!! Thank you so much Phinko Tech!!

Fantastic service, low price, and fast turn around. This is my new favourite tech services place. I had a nightmare dealing with larger companies in Richmond because they don't provide a personalised experiencece and they don't care. But here they are great. When I picked up my pc it was running and I was walked through everything and given information for when I leave and setup at home.Also they weren't happy with the old dusty fans I brought in so they replaced them with new ones free if charge. That's about as good as it gets.Now I know that there is huge need for good services like this it inspires me to start my own tech shop. Great work!

Brilliant service and astounding range of stuff. For such a small shop, they always seem to have what I need in stock. Priced relative to market costs, too. Highly recommended.
