As a person who appreciates excellent customer service, Taking Shape, especially Andy, excels in this area. My mother and I were so incredibly impressed at the personal styling service that Andy provided. She helped us find a perfect outfit for my mum with extremely kind and sensitive consideration and advice. I highly recommend this business and Andy.

Two wonderful ladies (Sally and Maddy)running around the store to assist with my purchases. I can't thank them enough for how they treated me when I was so undecided. I'll always return to this store.

Love, love, love this shop! The ladies there are absolutely lovely, so welcoming and super helpful. Today I had the best experience I’ve ever had shopping…anywhere! I had a personal styling session and I would recommend it to everyone! I was completely doted on and it was amazing. I tried clothes on I never would have chosen myself. Normally I come out with one or two things but today, I found a whole new set of clothes I can mix and match and I’m finally excited to open my wardrobe again. The service is free!!! Trust me…book it now!!!

I absolutely love walking into this branch and leave feeling a million dollars and happy. Michelle and Maddi and the team were so much fun, professional and went out of their way and beyond to make me feel very special. Their patience and calmness made the whole experience so wonderful. The shop also looks fantastic after it has been extended with lots of space to walk around and not feel that I am in someone’s way while browsing. I have been buying cloths fromTS for a while now and nothing compares to physically trying on their clothes. Plus try on clothes which I would never dare to pick or ware. Best shop in Launceston. We travelled up from the East Coast and were looked after like royalty. They even found a chair for my friend who was feeling a bit shopped out and tired. Excellent service even down to a few chockies in the bag for the trip home. Well worth the trip.

Have a great selection which covers all sizes and for larger bodies, the fashion is still trendy, staff are very helpful too.

Friendly, helpful staff and a beautiful range of high quality women's plus size clothing, footwear and accessories for every age. The store is well laid out, easily accessible for those with mobility issues and the displays are lovely.This is my favourite place to shop in Tasmania.

I was in today and I've never felt so comfortable in a store before. The clothes were beautiful. The owner beams of happiness and lights up the whole store. Staff super friendly and eager to help. Will 100% be back!

The staff are amazing, helpful and knowledgeableit is the only shop i buy clothes from. I am always so happy with their suggestions and they truly have the customers best interest at heart. I can't recommend them highly enough
