Have been with company since 2008. Today go in and to do my tax return, was refused because or very personal issues.Asked to talk to manager and she quoted she was the manager asked to talk to someone higher and was refused.Will never go back there after today.

Poor standard of customer service.The Beenleigh office is stressed as everyone I have talked to this last week are rude and in a hurry to get off the phone.People represent tax file numbers and ITR staff should be more mindful of this fact when dealing with our taxes?Raise the quality of client care ITR as it will cost you in long serving clients like myself from returning to engage in your service.Massive thumbs down.

After coming here to do my tax returns for over 10 years, I will definitely be looking for somewhere else after the absolute rudeness of the receptionist.I rang this morning 6/07/2019, at 9:10 to cancel my appointment at 11:00am, as a family matter had come up and I would be unable to make it. The first thing the receptionist said was “ I wish you had rang earlier as someone else had rang to book an appointment and I turned them away”. Well I’m sorry to put your day out so much but that is honestly not my problem, and it’s pretty poor form on the receptionists side to even bring that up.I then asked to reschedule for the following Saturdaymorning if possible, she then put me on hold and when she returned she quite rudely said “na we’re fully booked next weekend”.I had had enough by then and said I would ring through the week to reschedule and hung up.I have never had a problem before now and I have had nothing but good things to say about this company in the past, but the receptionist has completely turned me off ever coming back. Will be finding a new tax agent this year.

My sisters and I have been going here for years and have been very pleased with the help and level of professionalism shown. I would like to commend Lisa who does our tax refunds. She is so lovely and friendly and is so helpful and is always willing to take the time to help us get a good refund. Highly recommend this place to do your tax as the staff there are very helpful and friendly.
