What is more beautiful than a gift of flowers! I was unavoidably detained from collecting a gift of flowers from Fifth Avenue Florist. When I arrived the next morning, they were handed to me graciously and with warmth, straight from the cool room. The arrangement was amazing, reflective of the love behind the gift. Very impressed and happy with the bouquet that I ordered for my daughter yesterday. The arrangement is beautiful. Jess asked a few questions about what my daughter likes, and I felt like she really cared about what I was saying as she nailed it. I called late yesterday to discuss the order and flowers were delivered as promised the next day. Thank you

We ordered for our wedding flower. The shop was very helpful in choosing what to order. The owner and workers were friendly and helpful.The flowers were absolutely beautiful. I could not have been more happy.The price was very reasonable.I would recommend anyone getting married on the Gold Coast to come and see Fifth Avenue Florist.

Fantastic service - I saw the style of arrangement that I wanted on their website & then arranged the order over the phone as we are not local to Fifth Avenue Florist (the lady was so friendly & helpful). They did an absolutely fantastic job with the arrangement for our employee. She sent us photos of the flowers and they are really beautiful, a big arrangement and even better than expected. Certainly good value for money & the speedy same day delivery really topped off a great experience. Highly recommended.

I have purchased flowers from this florist with no real problem in the past however I went in the other day to purchase some flowers for work and was spoken to in a wildly condescending way twice within 10 minutes - firstly regarding the vision I was going for and secondly regarding the budget I said I usually spend. I had to walk out and go elsewhere where I found exactly the vision I was asking for and within the budget.If you cannot offer what a customer is seeking, that is completely fine but you let them know kindly, you do not basically laugh in their face.With so many wonderful, friendly florists on the Gold Coast with much better value for money I will not be returning to 5th Ave unfortunately.
