Sharon Eden from the Adelaide office was a delight to work with. Thoroughly professional, great attention to detail and follow up and highly personable. She was an excellent mediator with my prospective employer, provided excellent career advice and was crucial in securing my current role, which I thoroughly enjoy. We are often thanked in the health care profession by patients which is always appreciated, however the first step in securing the roles is the recruitment agent and all credit to Sharon for actioning this.

Always keep on cancelling the shifts. I fail to understand how their allocation process is done as for some of the employees they always have shifts and for others we have to call multiple times a day to get a single shift for next week. And some of the staff is so ridiculous that they’ll just pickup the call and tell that they have no shifts available at all even if its for a week after the present one and that too without even asking what shifts we are looking for ( eg the timing of shifts or the position i.e. RN, carer, Ains). All this is really giving me so much stress that I have decided to give up on HCA. They really need to be fair with all the employees!

They have a Worst recruitment process so far. Thank God I have saved my time and energy by saying no to them for their time wasting recruitment process.
