Had a great experience with Ontrack. Michaela the point of contact was extremely helpful and very responsive. My MacBook Pro suddenly stopped working and I was advised that fixing it (replacing the logic board) would lose all of the data. Ontrack was able to retrieve the data but also make my laptop work again in the process. A great result. It wasn’t cheap but was worth it. Thanks again!

My wife's work PC hard disk crashed. I am an IT professional so I tried to recover the SSD drive with the tools/software I have access to (after her company IT dept. gave up) but to no avail. Even though it cost $1760 to recover, my wife had one year worth of process and procedures, tracking spreadsheet etc which was worth the cost.
