What a great location and atmosphere located just near the local Marmong boat marina only a 300 meter walk away the village seems to be selling fast as it is a great location and close to Toronto shopping center

a lovely looking over 55's community in a semi secluded area that is fully fenced in, the houses and community facilities look nice. the only problem is it backs on to a swamp and is actually located in Booragul not Marmong point, they called it Marmong waters to up sell" it. its located between local schools

I visited Marmong Waters to measure up shutters for a customer.It’s a brilliant estate for over 55’s. They have a gym, 25 meter pool, and all the facilities one could ever ask for. The villas are reasonably priced and the fees are around $600 per month. However for this residents don’t need to lift a finger. Gardening building maintenance and everything else is included.I was really impressed with Marmong Waters.
