I purchased my custom wedding bouquet from Secret Blooms and I couldn’t have been happier with it. Sarah was amazing and managed to get it perfect on the first go. Everything from clear communication, updates, photos and packaging were amazing. Delivery was quick and the box it arrived in made it really easy to transport on the day. Additionally, it survived all the rain we had to deal with on the day and I get to keep it forever. Cannot recommend enough!

So firstly these flowers are beautiful (Olivia arrangement in a white pot), but also the customer service was perfect. I was in a rush to order and receive the flowers as a group leaving gift that I left way too late. I phoned Secret Blooms and Sarah was nothing but helpful, I placed my order at 2pm on 6/9, it was despatched on 7/9 and arrived (QLD to non-metro SA) on 9/9. Super happy and will be back for more soon!

I purchased the Olivia and Lexi bunches and two vases. The flowers are absolutely incredible!! So stunning and look real! Vases are excellent quality also. Sarah was also amazing as I had a few questions before purchasing them. Sarah was very prompt, helpful and accommodating. Can’t recommend Secret Blooms highly enough!

I required some flowers for a quiet space in a busy school where it would not be possible for a plant to be watered. The flowers we order came in a lovely vase and I fooled many people in thinking they were real.Secret Bloom website is easy to use and delivery was very efficient. Well worth the purchase.
