Purely disgusting!!! I bought a foundation and asked for samples to try some new products and she gave me a used one make up remover!!!!!! THAT'S A TOTAL SHOCK!

The whole of Myer especially the fragrance counters need a shake up hardly any of them on the counters know anything about fragrance let alone have any passion for it customer service is SHOCKING! The Estee Lauder crew look at you like you're going to steal their perfumes honestly get a grip, totally unprofessional and zilch customer service & whilst you're at it try and educate your staff about scent and pronunciation their lack of knowledge is laughable but then again who are we kidding they couldn't care less if you want a better experience go to St Cloud perfumery no wonder Myer is lagging behind
