Found the laptops I wanted inline and website stated they were available in store at Virginia .I placed the order and paid for them, and waited for a click and collect email. 4 hours later the store called to tell me, they don't have the items in stock, and they won't be available until April.. They then proceeded to tell me that they could replace the order wuth 2 different laptops, however they also wouldn't be available for 2 weeks?? I requested the laptops be touch screen as the original ones I had ordered we're advertised as having that feature. They then told me their website was wrong and they are actually not touchscreen.. I searched for the same model laptop online and it's advertised as touchscreen ..So I'm quite unipressed, not only am I out of pocket nearly $2000 but I'm expected to wait, 2 weeks minimum, and even then I won't receive the ones I ordered with 24 months extra warranty ..I honestly should have taken my cash to office works.

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at this store. When my fridge failed after just a couple of years, the store owner went above and beyond to ensure that I received a replacement fridge at no extra cost. Not only did he take responsibility for the situation, but he also arranged for the delivery and installation of the new fridge directly from the manufacturer, LG.Throughout the entire process, the store owner kept me informed and was incredibly tenacious in advocating on my behalf with LG. He even went as far as personally arranging for a third-party delivery service to ensure that the new fridge was delivered to me promptly.It is rare indeed to come across such exemplary customer service. Many other vendors would have simply shrugged their shoulders and refused to help. I should also mention that I originally purchased the fridge from this store because they offered the best price and service around.In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend this store for their outstanding customer service, top-quality products, and competitive pricing.
