Bassendean Laundrette

Fabulously clean, well equipped laundromat. All machines are in excellent condition and accept paypass, so no more scrambling around begging for coins or machines with jammed or broken coin slots.The only thing missing is air conditioning, but you can't have everything!Overall, ten out of ten!

My first time in a laundrette for 20 years.Could not of been easier, all machines card operated and simple straightforward instructions. Walked out with my basket of clean dry washing.

The Spanish owner clearly wants to line his pockets. Dryers used to be 30 mins and now they're 25 mins. Even on a hot cycle, you'll often need to use the dryer twice before things are dry, and no, my dryer is not full to the brim. I used to live closer to a speed Queen laundrette prior, and even the low tumble dryer heat, would allow you to more than dry a full load of clothes. It's clear the time has been cut here and the temps turned right down. I'm quite careful when using tumble dryers as I never want to burn the fibres. No chance here, you'll just be there longer drying your clothes

Best thing is no coins needed as you can pay with your card

Very Clean, the owners were in there when I arrived, feeling disgusted at the state of other laundromats I had chose not to spend my $5/$6 a wash at.Pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the machines and the shop itself was, in fact, clean and pleasant to sit and wait. Thank goodness people still take pride in their place of business. I only gave 4stars because I feel $6 is a bit rich but I'm sure that's because I'm paying individually for each wash and I haven't used a laundromat for a good couple of decades. A very BIG thank you to the owners!

Dont waste your time with this one.Its situated in an old shopping centre of Bassendean.You cant leave you wash and go to the toilet for the hour your washing is on THERE AIN'T NO TOILETS in this shopping centre . The most annoying is the STUPID Laundry powder dispenser.... DOESN'T WORK... CHEMIST next door wants $11 for amall packet of soap powder.

Good machines, quite clean. Sometimes busy on a Sunday morning. Do bring your own laundry detergent as the machine to buy it from there often hasn't worked.

Best a laundromat can get! Everything was clean, all the machines are new, looked to all be working, there's different sizes to accommodate and even designated machines for pet linen. There's was also plenty of space to load, wait and fold. Place was pretty much empty when I went on a Saturday morning but there's enough of both the washers and dryers that I don't think you'd ever have to fight over one. My only comment would be that this place desperately needs aircon, get pretty humid and warm in summer. BONUS - there's a super cute cafe around the corner for an iced coffee whilst I waited ✨

Very clean, not at all crowded. Machines take cards only which is a plus. I used two machines and a single drier while waiting for our new machine. Cleaned well, dried without crisping. Good place.
