If I could rate less I would. Horrible rude people, horribly over priced. Their justification for charging 5-20 x over what you would pay anywhere else is their professional quality. Do not believe. Go to post office if you need passport photos. Go anywhere else but here for anything else.

Excellent quality passport pics from the photographer who understood what I needed and re-took pics as necessary. It is on the slightly more expensive side - 35$ for 6 PP pics and a digital version but well worth it for the quality and service and getting a digital version.

Rude staff who declined a refund after 2 passport photos that were declined.I'm not going to be held ransom by awful business practices like that!Only way they would grant a refund after contacting fair trading is if I removed my original rating. Looks like dishonesty works both ways.The owner also lied to fair trade about offering me a refund if I returned the photos when I originally went back.Do not use these guys for your photos, awful quality and won't refund unless you fight for it.

Have trouble getting a good portrait as I've had surgery around my main facial nerve which distorts my joker face in photos but was I very pleased with my recent passport photos and the customer service
