Ws phone repair

Quoted $80 to clean out the charging port. Took it too another place in Ballarat took less than a minute and didn't charge. Phone works perfectly fine now.

How are they still in business?? They sold me an overpriced phone charger that didn’t work, and when I returned it Jeffrey said I’d done something to it and refused any refund. Thieves.

Absolutely terrible service. Paid $200 for a screen to be fixed & it lasted one week! Rip off place

Absolutely terrible I got my battery replaced and it says service" I spent $115 for them to stuff it up and they bent the side of the phone never go to get your phone fixed there"

Absolutely horrible store. They caused more damage to my product and refused to give me a refund or damage compensation. I will be passing this on to Consumer Rights to get compensation for the damage they caused.

Took my phone to them for a replacement screen and 4 months after the warranty run out the screen was lifting it was not glued down properly my phone was working and then it stopped the screen doesn't light up anymore I rang him and told him what the problem was the next day I took the phone into him he said he couldn't fix it he tried to tell me that the screen was cracked but there was no crack in the screen I asked if I could talk to his boss he said no I could not he was trying to make things up to make-up excuses after excuses but it was poor workmanship that had caused this problem I am sure it was properly glued in the first place my phone would be still working it cost me $265 for a new screen and now he wants me to come up with all that money again when it is his poor workmanship that cause this problem it is not acceptable if your work has caused the problem then you fix it but you pass the blame on me this is not the way you do business shame on you

Screen repair was done dodgy, had to get the screen replaced elsewhere soon after as the button failed, they showed me that screws were missing from the previous replacement.Went back reg refund but they said it was my fault.

I chose this pop up as it was convenient and busy however they’re expensive and terrible quality.$69 for screen protector glass that started to break within 3 days and a phone case which has still enabled my back glass to shatter in multiple places!Not only has this business failed to help me, it’s actually made the situation worse than any other similar service I’ve ever used.When I spoke to the man about the issues with the product (within a week!) he said that “the screen protector is designed to break so your phone doesn’t… ! And then a not-particularly-slimline-case that still enables significant damage.Go! Please don’t make life harder for the diverse community that shop at this centre!! They don’t have money to waste on this rubbish.

My phone was in perfect running order, but after they replaced my cracked camera lens the phone never worked properly again. The change was dramatic and instantaneous. I'm certain the antennas were damaged when they pried my phone open, as it couldn't get reception after the repair. Of course they never admitted fault and said it was a pre-existing issue. Very frustrating, but it was a gamble to get my phone repaired in a shopping centre in the first place. Next time I'd do my own repair before coming here. At least that way I'm not spending $80 for an unqualified technician to break my phone, I can get that service for free!

Absolutely rude to deal with. Scam innocent people out of money and don’t fix the problem it was taken in for. Not impressed
