Excellent customer service! They did not have my size in a pair of boots that I wanted to buy, so they went the extra mile and special-ordered a pair into store for me. Really appreciated their efforts.

I was 'that' customer when I called in for new work shoes. A stack of shoes a mountain high and a patient staff member who went above and beyond with patience while I tried the 'stack' of shoes on. Not 100% sure but think her name was Amanda. So thank you very much.
