Great range of stock, including workshop spares which is very useful. Erin in the workshop is also top notch with a wealth of knowledge. Everyone there is always a pleasure to talk to and very helpful.Prices are very competitive, even against online shopping. I'm generally after pretty obscure stuff and/or advice and they haven't let me down yet. 5/5, this is my favourite bike shop in Brisbane.

The whole crew are a pleasure to deal with. Had my bike picked up, gears adjusted and dropped home all on the same day, no issues just smiles. Very reasonable prices. Paid over the phone, no hassles. Loved them when they were at Jindalee, love them just as much now. Thanks NRG, I will always be back and will tell all my cycling friends it's worth the trip to the city!

Down to earth staff you can have a laugh with.Dropped my bike off for a check, maintenance and fitting of new parts. Quality job...! Well priced too.Would and will go back for anything else in the future.Recommended.

NRG cycle saved my day! I was about to go riding with my kids when I realise that the chain on my bike was hanging and the pedals wouldn’t move. I went into the shop (never been there before) and they took care of it straight away without charging a dollar! They were super helpful and friendly, and truly saved the day for me and my kids.
