Totally refurbished upmarket & large spacious dining room, was very surprised. The meals were large servings, good prices, quality scrumptious food. There were 10 of us on our table, so got a good idea of their menu. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals, including myself. Fantastic friendly service, will definitely be back.

We had a lovely family lunch with 9 of us. The service was excellent, the food delicious. I had the lunch time special fish and chips plus the banana split for desert.We had a great catch-up and never felt the need to hurry.Easy drive from Port Adelaide 25 minutes and you're there.Amazing venue.

We had a fantastic meal, there were about 18 of us including kids and everyone loved their meals. The staff were friendly and efficient. Will definitely be going back

I had a pizza, which is always great at the V, others who had deep fried meals complained of yucky chips? Service from staff was awesome apart from the old guy behind the bar who rolled his eyes at a $100 bill and huffed and puffed at someone ordering a cocktail. We felt like a inconvenience for him? We also received no bread rolls...

Love coming to the V. It isn't technically local but it isn't a long drive either. Great atmosphere, great food and we bought into the mood and played the raffle and won a meat tray! This is how I think a local should be.If you are cruising for a new spot, try the V, just make sure to book as it's real popular!Update April 2023,Came again, brought a friend and we all had a great feed. The steak burger was so tender and tasty. My son still loved the V burger, my friend enjoyed her Salt and pepper squid. The sweet potato fries were so crisp!!Desserts were big serves- the brownie was sticky and yum, the sticky date and pecan pudding was huge, the only criticism would be the ice cream to pudding/brownie ratio is out, they were small scoops not ice cream scoop size. Still love coming here.

Didn't stay at the hotel but was around to try some food. Great atmosphere, good place to come with friends and family. Took a while for the food to arrive at the table. The chicken schnitzel was okey. Location is bit far from the city but there are plenty of cat parks in front of the hotel.

I have come here a few times with others. I have to say I was impressed with the size of it. The down side with the amount of people that were behind the bar couldn't cover the people that were there. They have a QR Code at the table plus tab and go. You can order and pay for your meal without getting up or waiting or lining up to order. That was a great feature. Overall 4 out of 5 for now.

Food was good, but when forget to serve several people in your group who have paid for their meal is not very professional.
