Had a course postponed several times (during covid i understand- or if not enough members, also understand) but the fact of of not letting us know it is cancelled/postponed till we got there.... There was no communication. And it wasn't just a one off...

They look after my apprentice (carpentry) and do a pretty good job of keeping him on track with book work etc. Ultimately its the apprentice who has to want to learn, they can only deliver the info - which is quite well done. Also the office staff are pretty good and available to help as needed.
