My ABB inverter stopped working over 2 months ago. I called to report the fault and was advised someone will call me back. I still have not received a call. The company landline is disconnected and the only other available is a mobile which seems like a personal number.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Do not deal with More Green Energy. Aggressive, harrassing pre sale, arrogant, untrustworthy and upon signing contract will not return answer phone, reply to emails or return calls. Did not provide paperwork nor certification for feed in tariff registration. Left high and dry. Now completely understand reasons for so many negative comments Appears business has shut down as of 15/1/23. Best outcome. Shonky thieving gypsies sums up More Green Energy.

Not impressed. The installation was dodgy - and at worst unsafe. Of course, at the end of the day after installation they were chasing me for payment but there was no remediation. They still couldn't answer why I can't see any statistics about power going back to the grid from the wifi integration option that I chose. Finally, they never submitted the paperwork to my energy provider even though they said they did. Thoroughly disappointed and frankly, their tradies are sloppy. Not only that, but it took several mis-starts to commence the job. Poorly co-ordinated with the sloppy installation contractors.I think if they fired their installers they might have been able to do a reasonably decent job, but I am thoroughly disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and poor follow-up, not to mention the poor attitude and sloppy work of the installer.The photos show the disgracefully sloppy wiring done by the installers. This is in my attic space and it's dangerous.

This is the second solar system we have bought and had installed by MGE, dealt with Abby again and had a very positive experience. Went with a 13.3kw system this time with tilt frames and are very happy with how neatly the work was carried out, super quickly too. Thanks again!

Great customer service from Janet. Prompt responses and good communication from the entire team at More Green Energy including Peter from Install and John from after sales support. The solar panels are performing exactly as they were sold to me.... Bring on the sunshine!!!

this company sent men around to look,prior to coming to install the system, they said I needed to get my electrician to do extra work, then stated I would need to pay an extra $2000 for cable. Non of this was mentioned in the quote. I have been trying to get my deposit back I was told seven days now over 3 weeks. I am currently reporting them to regulatory bodies, as they will not return calls emails or txt messages. Janet Carter was the sales person, whom I dealt with, and at the time of quoting the installation NEVER once said there would be a problem with anything. I would not use or recommend this company, I also believe they have passed on my information to another company without my permission.

I have had a fault with my system, and when I contacted them I realised there aren’t available anymore to answer calls, their numbers are disconnected. I came to their office location - it is closed with no name boards of any sort. They have completely gone off grid.I went with them only coz they were much cheaper than others. PLEASE DO not do that mistake and save yourselves some money. Go with a well reputed organisation, even though that might mean a more expensive installation. It will save you lot of worry and dollars. Hoping this review helps people keep away from this company.

We have fantastic service from Janet on the sales team. She was friendly and helpful, answering all my questions about the products.Less than two weeks after paying the deposit, the installers were out and installed the panels and inverter. The guys were great, friendly and professional.Only a recent install, so have not connected back to grid but so far we have been extremely happy.

I had More Green Energy install a 9.8Kw solar system, its been 9 months since the system was installed and is working great. It was a pleasure to deal with a company that still knows the meaning of customer service. From the first call to the installation was very professional, I have only called them once since for technical advice for my phone app and John had it sorted whilst I was on the phone. I have recommended them to friends and they have all had just as good an experience. Well done to the team of More Green Energy. Would recomend them highly. Regards Bruce
