I went into the shop and found something I liked but didn't have $$ with me at the time to pay for it, so I rang the store a week later to find out if there was that item still in stock and gave detailed description of what it was, looked like and where it was located in the store. They store person said they couldn't find it after extensive searching. Today I went into the store and found said item in exact position I said it would be in.... I was happy I could buy it, but not happy that the store person didn't really look.

Visited today, they had an amazing pet selection. The only unfortunate part is it has less options for medium to large dogs. However they still had amazing wooden crates perfect for indoors that came with a bed already inside it. It was too small to get for my dog, but such an amazing addition to all the great finds you can get there as well.100% is more of a “let’s see what throws or cushions they have” instead of having anything specific in mind.They also have an amazing candle selection and the quality and size is astounding for the prices.100% recommend giving it a visits if you’re feeling a bit stuck on what to buy for an area of your home. You can almost guarantee you’ll walk out with 1 item, and if not, you’ll definitely have found something you like that you’ll wish you bought.Also a very large and clean location for those who value that in a store.

This is one of my main go-to places for clothes, housewares, pillows, etc. I used to shop at TJ Maxx in the US and happy this version exists in Australia. I typically spend some time going through the racks and sometimes find some treasures.

Was really just having a look for the first time. Noticed some good labels at a bargain price. Worth going back for another look.

I drove 30mins to get something from this store ! I was there 10 mins before they close .Staff member was rude and kept following me and asking me to leave ! Very disappointed ! I knew what I wanted , I just wanted to pick it up!! Very bad customer service …

While on our way to DFO Moorabbin today we dropped into the TK Maxx store. A first time visit for us and we were impressed with the big range and great value prices. They've got a bit of everything, women’s, men’s and kids clothing, shoes and handbags, lingerie and beauty products, as well as homewares, accessories, travel goods, and kids toys.We were only window shopping really as we were looking for a Bialetti Moka Pot and thought we'd give TK Maxx a shot, but no luck on that score. Nonetheless there are lots of great savings to be had here so it's definitely worth a visit. There's lots of parking at Kingston Central Plaza but it gets busy during weekends and holiday periods. After TK Maxx, we wondered over to Matchbox in DFO.

Check the used by dates. I bought hot sauces and there's a whopping 2 MONTHS left on them....and they only just hit the shelves because they weren't there last week. Shelves are also claustrophobically narrow throughout the store and its so crowded. Otherwise better stocked than other local stores.

I was absolutely pleased with the friendliness of all staff at the store especially a young lady called Prabh who was so helpful, patient & kind towards me when I was trying 100 pairs of shoes on. Her customer service & communication is excellent & she is so approachable, helpful & friendly. The store itself is well organised & has a great selection of brands,
