I needed help in checking a product and there was no one around and when I found the employee she was chatting with her friends and I asked for help she told me to go wait there and she will come and she totally ignored me and kept laughing and chatting with her friends she never came to help and never even apologised so rude!!!

Went in and felt uncomfortable by the older lady I told her we didn’t need help then she processed to stand next to me watch me use the tester and then question me saying “ur only opening the testers right” in a weird tone as if she wasn’t right next to me making me and my friend feel very uncomfortable

Every time I do an online order and Figtree is the store allocated to it, I know it's going to be done fast and efficientlySome stores take days to get an order together, but never Figtree :)

I've visited a lot of different Priceline locations in my life, but Priceline Figtree always has lovely happy staff that give you space, but are also so approachable and eager to assist.
